M.S.GEL
M.S.GEL M.S.GEL is spherical silica particle which has excellent property for High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) column bulk.
The examples of use are analysis for intermediate medicine, preparative isolation for chemical manufactures, purification for electronic materials, and so on.
Recently we marketed wide pore type: analysis or purification for protein and polymer, DM grade: balloon free and lower micro dust powder, and 1.8 micron particle size: it is the smallest porous silica for high through put HPLC column. Also, based on the basic product specification, it is possible to control the spec for customers request.
M.S.GEL is used full technologies of us and used many customers all over the world.

  • Silica based packing for analytical & preparative chromatography.
    (Separation media for proteins, peptides, Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients, intermediate purification, etc.)
  • Release carriers for cosmetics, fragrances and antiseptic.
  • Catalyst and catalyst carriers or resin fillers.
  • Adsorption and removal of ionized compound from organic solvent.

  • M.S.GEL of perfect spherical shape enables higher loading capacity with lower back pressure and good separation performance. (Controlled particle size grade has excellent performance.)
  • Suitable particle size are available from 2-200m with narrow particle distributions according to usage.
    Since these grades are manufactured by the same process, M.S.GEL can be easily scaled up from analytical to preparative separations.
  • Mean pore size, with strictly controlled pore size distribution, is available from 6-100nm.
  • Surface area (80-800m2/g) and pore volume (0.7-1.5ml/g) also can be selected.
  • Large pore products (Pore size 50nm~200nm) are applied to separation of protein and carrier of bioreactions.
