Our silica products is used for cosmetics material which is utilized our accumulated particle size and pore property control for 60 years. Our cosmetics material product has 3 to 20μm mean particle size range and 30m to 400mL/100gs oil absorption range. There are two types of products; spherical type and scale-like type. These products are used for controlling texture, makeup sustainability, oil and moisture content and so on.

SUNSPHERE/SOLESPHERE has porous and non-porous (NP) type silica particles. Porous type is useful for control oil and moisture content on the skin. And the sphericity gives smooth texture on the surface. NP type is good for giving smooth texture only.
For soft focusing on the skin

SUNLOVELY
SUNSPHERE/SOLESPHERE gives the feathering effect which covers creased on the skin. And SUNLOVELY is scale-like type product. The unique shape gives more good feathering effect than SUNSPHERE/SOLESPHERE by the light scattering property.
For UV shielding effect

SUNLOVELY powder type is scale-like particle aggregate. The particle has a lot of gap the inside. To the gap, TiO2 and ZnO are supported. As a result, SUNLOVELY has UV shielding effect which called TZ-824. This grade has also feathering effect. For support to SUNLOVELY, the nano particles dispersibility will be increased.
For sweat absorption

Porous silica particle has strong absorption ability. Also, our product has similar ability. This ability give good sweat absorption to cosmetic products.
For makeup sustainability

SUNLOVELY
SUNLOVELY C (C: cosmetics) and SUNLOVELY LFS-C have high adherence property by the shape. So, it effects to makeup sustainability of cosmetic products. Especially, LFS-C keeps the scale-like shape in liquid. So, this adherence property is higher than C type.
For chemical support
SUNSPHERE H-33
SUNSPEHRE/SOLESPEHRE H-33 grade has large pore volume rather than other grades. So, easy to support large amount of chemicals and so on. And this grade has unique characteristic which is easy to collapse.
