Our silica products is used for functional filler which is utilized our accumulated particle size and pore property control for 60 years. Our products for filler has 3 to 20μm mean particle size range and 30m to 400mL/100gs oil absorption range. There are two types of products; spherical type and scale-like type. These products are used for controlling material surface texture, gas shielding, anti-blocking and so on.
For increase mechanical strength
SUNSPHERE NP-100
SUNSHPERE has NP (non-porous) grade which is made by our original technology. This has very high mechanical strength. So, for increasing hardness, this product use in a lot of materials; resin, paint, film and so on. And also this is more stable for chemicals (except alkali) and heat rather than other grade.

Use as filler, SUNSPHERE has effect to increasing viscosity and abrasion hardness of materials. SUNLOVELY LFS make their own film on flat surface on some kind of materials. It has effect to add hardness and hydrophilicity to the surface.
For controlling fluidity

Adding SUNSPHERE/SOLESPHERE or SUNLOVELY to some other powder materials which has no good fluidity, it is possible to absorb water, oil, impurity and so on in the materials. As a result, materials’ dispersibility is changed and the fluidity will be improved.
For inorganic binding and coating filler
SUNLOVELY HN-150
SUNLOVELY LFS has silanol functional group on the particle surface. It improves to making film on the surface more easily. To add this to coatings, the hardness and hyprophilicity will be increased. And also, this works as binging filler if it is use with other materials.
For non-shine finish (matting effect)

To making surface asperity with SUNSPEHERE/SOLESPHERE or SUNLOVELY products, the material reflectivity will be decreased. As a result, the material surface will be matt surface. This is applied to film products.
For gas shielding

SUNLOVELY LFS particles have high aspect ratio. The particles make coating layer in the resin film and so on. The layer increases the gas shielding effect of the film products.
For prevent sticking (Anti-blocking effect)

To making surface asperity with SUNSPEHERE/SOLESPHERE or SUNLOVELY products, the material is not stacked without space. As a result, the materials will be easy to separate. This is applied to film products.
